The thing he he sucks at controlling his spirit energy something you need in order to use Kido, otherwise you would have weird results like with Renji.

Thats pretty much wants he been doing since he has been temp living with shinji and co but hes been using his shikai, proably to conserve energy.

Ichigo's bankai is Ichigo's bankai but his hollow form I think has a different bankai. In the fight where ichigo's hollow form takes over against Byakuya Hollow ichigo says exactly and i quote "So ill show you how I use THIS bankai." Which I think he means its not hollow Ichigo's bankai its just Ichigo's bankai. But i could be wrong on my assumption, wont know till more episodes are uploaded and it finishes the Zanpaktou Rebellion season

actually guys there is another level of ichigo's BANKAI now with his Bankai and his inner hollow, he can create a powerful Bankai which consists of two power elements. that proves when ichigo fight muramusa. a super powerful energy even kenpachi cannot handle.
