I complain for the karma because I have not being getting any more positive karma even when I worked hard to earn more positive karma so what gives.

You only get karma/Rep when people give it to you. Obviously people haven't been giving you any good rep. To even get more than 1 bar you'd need a hell of allot of rep.

The ways of the Karma feels good but when someone throws undesreved negative karma absalute chaos ends up in the balance making it not balanced at all so in order to keep balance I must have positive karma.
